Passport Checks and Visa Collection for New International Students
Students with overseas fee status or need immigration permission to study in the UK must attend a passport check session.
Passport check appointments will take place at various times in September and October. Students do not need to book an appointment, and can just turn up during these times:
- Until Wednesday 20 September, please come to Wessex House 8.16 between 10:00 and 16:00
- On Thursday 21 and Friday 22 September passport checks and visa collection will not be available - please attend a session on the Sunday 24 September onwards.
- From Sunday 24 September to Friday 29 September, please see times on our passport checks and visa collection page
- From Monday 02 October, please come to Wessex House 8.16 between 10:00 and 16:00 from Monday to Friday

Admissions teams may also contact students separately to ask that they show them their original qualifications or final transcripts, even if they have already provided copies.
