About the Lecture

For six years the Tobacco Control Research Group has investigated the activities of British American Tobacco in a dozen African countries, working with the BBC on two Panorama programmes, as well as the Bureau of Investigative Journalism. Hear from the experts on what it is like to investigate the dirty underbelly of Big Tobacco.

Speaker Profile

Andy Rowell is head of the Investigations and Tobacco Tactics team at the Tobacco Control Research Group at the University of Bath. He has written on the topic of the tobacco industry for twenty-five years.
