Professor William Megginson, Consulting Editor of the Journal of International Business Studies

We are pleased to welcome Professor William L. Megginson from the University of Oklahoma.

Professor Megginson serves as a Consulting Editor for the Journal of International Business Studies. His current research interests include:

  • privatization of state-owned enterprises
  • sovereign wealth fund investments
  • energy finance
  • investment banking principles and practices

He has published in: Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Law, Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis and more.

In addition to the main seminar, Professor Megginson will also run a session specifically for PhD students and Early Career Researchers
