About the role

If you have excellent customer service skills then you could be just the person we need. We have up to 10 Casual Hospitality Supervisor roles starting in September.

We provide catering to students, staff and external customers. The start of the new student year is a busy period for us, as we welcome thousands of new students, so we need extra help.

As a Casual Hospitality Supervisor, you will supervise and work as a team to ensure that we provide the best customer service and high standards.

You will train team members, manage rotas and ensure financial, health and safety and food hygiene standards are met.

You will be experienced in motivating teams and coping well under pressure.

You will work with a great team who are dedicated to delivering outstanding service and always going the extra mile.

The rate of pay for this role is £10.28 per hour including holiday pay.

You will be working on a range of shifts. These may include evening, early morning and weekend working.

We will provide you with full training.
