Changing your password
When you started at the University you will have been issued with a random password. We advise that you change this as soon as you can. You will also be prompted to do this every year if you handle sensitive data.
If you know your password and need to change it, you can do so using Account Manager
Resetting your password
Current staff and students
You’ll need your University username and you must have already set up your password recovery questions. If not, contact the IT Service Desk. Otherwise, you can reset your password using the password reset tool.
