Cancellation form for accepted offers
If you've accepted any offer of a place to study at the University and need to cancel it, use this form.
As an undergraduate student, you should complete the form and email it to ug-cancellations@bath.ac.uk.
As a postgraduate student, you should complete the form and return it to your relevant Graduate School.
