Oversees the day to day running of the Centre for Research in Education in China and East Asia, including responding to emails and maintaining the website.
CRECEA Administrators
Shirui Chai and Tom Avery are employed as administrators for CRECEA for one day a week alongside their PhD work in the department of education.
The administrators are in charge of the everyday running of the centre, from booking rooms and organising meetings, to keeping track of and looking after academic scholars.
While they are only technically employed for one day a week, they are filling the admin role alongside full-time PhDs in the Department of Education, and as such are easy to contact most of the time. Their work is spread across the week according to demand and opportunity.
