Senior Tutors

Senior Tutors coordinate the Personal Tutor system. They act as a point of communication between academic departments and central student support services.

Senior Tutors are responsible for:

  • making sure that the Personal Tutor system is communicated to staff and students in their department
  • making sure that personal tutors understand their role and the support available to students
  • monitoring the system's effectiveness, sharing good practice, and acting on feedback shared by personal tutors and students

Read the full Senior Tutor role profile, approved by ULTQC in July 2019.
