Form to be completed for all research activity including internally-funded research conducted by UG and Masters Students only.
If you apply for research funding, carry out internally-funded research or engage in undergraduate or postgraduate research or professional activity that may raise ethical issues, you must show you've considered the ethical implications.
From 3 April 2023 all Staff and Doctoral Students need to use the Ethics@Bath system.
