We work closely with our academic departments and professional services teams, as well as the University's central services.

We're responsible for:

• ensuring all undergraduate and postgraduate taught students have an excellent induction
• developing a positive community for all students
• supporting One Young World Bath activity
• making sure the 'student voice' is heard and acted on via mechanisms such as student-staff liaison committees (SSLCs), focus groups, world café-style activity, and surveys
• empowering students to take positive action and enact change via schemes such as Student Change Projects and Vertically Integrated Projects (VIPs)
• overseeing activities that develop students' employability, with a particular focus on those not undertaking a professional placements
• developing Faculty-student communications
• supporting student Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) initiatives
• representing the Faculty on University working groups and committees
