The Quads student accommodation

The Quads complex is part-catered accommodation for first year undergraduate students and pre-sessional English students in the summer, on the east of campus.

Westwood student accommodation

A bedroom in Westwood

Westwood is self-catered accommodation for first year undergraduate students and pre-sessional English students in the summer, on the west side of campus.

Norwood House student accommodation

A bedroom in Norwood House

Norwood House is self-catered accommodation for first year undergraduate students and pre-sessional English students in the summer, in the centre of campus.

Fresh is a small supermarket in partnership with southern co-op, located on the Parade.

Fresh Express

Fresh Express is a small store on Level 2 of the Student Centre. It sells food, drinks, stationery, University memorabilia and clothing.

Sports Training Village (STV)

Open to staff, students and the public. The STV facilities include a gym, Olympic Legacy swimming pool, athletics track, pitches and courts.


University Medical Centre

An NHS medical centre offering a range of services including GP clinics, prescriptions, and urgent appointments.

Post Office

The Post Office is inside the Fresh shop on the Parade. You can send parcels and money, change foreign currency, and buy stamps, envelopes and packaging.

Student Services

We provide students with support and guidance, including counselling and mental health, disability support, money management and international student advice.
