University Travel Survey 2010/11 launched

We have recently launched a Travel Survey to find out how staff and students usually travel to campus.

Results from the survey will be used to support our resubmission of University Masterplan, which describes how we plan to develop the University in the future and what improvements could be made.

The findings will be published on the University website and all data and comments will be kept completely anonymous. All information will be stored according to the Data Protection Act of 1998.

Designed in partnership between the Department of Estates and the Department of Psychology, the survey includes an optional section that explores the psychology behind travel, which will be used in a PhD research project.

The survey won’t take longer than 15 minutes to complete; the deadline is Friday 13 May.

A prize draw is open to those who complete the survey and choose to submit their username, with a chance to win £150 worth of STA Travel vouchers. Your name will be kept separate from the survey data in order to keep the data supplied anonymous.
