Following a review of Personal Tutoring across the institution, departments were asked to ensure alignment of their Personal Tutorial Systems with the revised Quality Assurance Code of Practice, QA33.
To assess the effectiveness of the implemented changes, a student survey of Personal Tutoring was carried out last year and the results fed back to Senior Tutors and LTQCs.
A survey for Personal Tutors has been designed to help the Senior Tutors Forum and LTQCs understand the experience and views of academic staff acting as Personal Tutors, and inform future developments in Personal Tutoring.
Many thanks to the 134 staff acting as Personal Tutors who have completed the online survey so far.
As we are keen to hear from as many staff as possible, we are extending the deadline to 31 August. We hope you’ll be able to find time to share your views.
