In the latest Complete University Guide published today, Bath has been ranked 12th out of 127 UK universities, the highest placed university in the South West.
We have also performed well again for individual subjects.
Architecture and Marketing are both ranked as the best in the country and fifteen other subjects we offer appear in the top ten, including:
- Psychology and Business & Management, placed second in their tables
- Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sociology and Sports Science, ranked third
- Aeronautical & Manufacturing Engineering and Social Work, placed fourth
Professor Pete Walker, Head of the Department of Architecture & Civil Engineering, said: “We are delighted to have been ranked first for Architecture in the Complete University Guide for a fifth year in a row. We are also in the top three for Civil Engineering for the third consecutive year. This is a great endorsement of our undergraduate teaching courses and an acknowledgement of the hard work of our staff and wider support we receive from the University.”
