1. What's the deadline for paying the water bill?
付款期限 = the payment deadline.

2. How much water was consumed in the past month?
用水量 = the amount of water consumed. 供水 = to provide water.
排水 = to drain off water. People pay for both water supply and drainage.

3. What is the figure on the water meter this month?
抄见数 = meter record. 帐号 = account number. 发票号码 = invoice number.

4. On which day of the month is the electricity meter read?
本月抄表 = meter reading this month. 下月抄表 = meter reading next month.

5. How much is to be paid for the electricity this month?
For electricity, there is a day-time and a night-time meter, hence two sets of figures. The total amount is the sum of both with the figure rounded up.

6. How much was the electricity for December 2010?
The note 备注 at the bottom says that 'Your payment for December 2010, 24 yuan, has been received and thank you for your continued support.'

本月抄见数 = meter figure this month. 上月抄见数 = meter figure last month. 601 is part of the address.

抄表联系电话 indicates the contact number for queries.
