            <h2>About the role</h2><p id="isPasted">Join our busy HR Operations Team and build your experience within one of the UK&rsquo;s leading universities. As part of our Hourly Paid Worker (HPW) team, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in delivering a high quality HPW and HR administration service.</p><p>In this role, you&#39;ll take responsibility for managing the administration processes for hourly paid workers, maintaining accurate records within the HR system and ensuring timely and accurate information is shared with Payroll. You&rsquo;ll also support the administration of staff references and assist with a range of ad-hoc tasks.&nbsp;</p><p>It&rsquo;s a great opportunity to broaden your skills and be part of a team that values accuracy, collaboration, and excellent service.</p><p id="isPasted">Ideally you will:</p><ul><li>have a proven track record in administration, preferably gained within a fast-paced office environment and have an interest in HR administration;</li><li>possess excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive, professional manner and the ability to deal tactfully and confidently with people at all levels;</li><li>have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work effectively and consistently meet deadlines.</li></ul><p>Further information</p><p>This part-time position is for 18.25 hours per week and is offered on a fixed-term basis with an expected end date of 13/10/2026.
