| Description: | Aims: To provide an understanding of management of the construction process. Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion of the Unit the students should be able to: * plan and manage a façade construction contract. * understand the roles of the many parties to a façade construction contract. Skills: Planning and coordination of complex construction operations. Written and oral communications. These skills are facilitated and assessed. Content: Project planning, construction operations, method statements, communication, health and safety, contract law. |
