Aims: To study, analyse and assess current research literature to enable the following aims to be achieved. To explore the use of intelligent agents and their application to computation, information management and artificial intelligence.
Learning Outcomes:

1. To demonstrate the ability to critically analyse the current research literature.
2. To be able to demonstrate how intelligent agents can be applied in information management and distributed computing.
3. To be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications.
