Aims: To create the opportunity to learn about the fundamentals of management research and to put that learning into practice.
Learning Outcomes: Students successfully completing the unit will have shown their ability to: i) understand the epistemological positions and methodological approaches adopted by management researchers. ii) critically evaluate the literature and define a research question in a relevant area. iii) write a proposal for a successful research project. Skills: Intellectual: * Appreciation of the complexities of designing research questions and data gathering.
