Kirsten Brown, Placements Manager for the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences, who organised the event said:

It’s really encouraging that so many students engaged with, and benefited from, this external training. As a placements team we’re always looking at ways in which we can provide our students with market-relevant skills and experience. The financial sector is particularly competitive and we are keen to ensure that University of Bath students are standing out to potential employers for both placement opportunities and graduate roles. We’re keen to provide our students with Amplify training and other employability-focused events in the future.
