• high quality products produced using our rigourous quality standards
• suggestions on sustainable alternatives
• print expertise to advise you on the right specification for your budget and purpose
• advice on lead times and production processes

We will take care of the whole process of getting an item produced from the initial design to sourcing the best quality and value products.

How to order

To get a quote or place an order:

• view the Pinfold catalogue and select an item. Pinfold are the University's approved supplier for promotional merchandise and hold a silver award as an Investor in the Environment
• email idps-production@bath.ac.uk with the product code, description, quantity, colour and details of the branding you want on the item
• we will confirm the price, lead time and designer who will create the artwork
• we will confirm the design cost and create the artwork following the University of Bath visual identity guidelines
• if you are happy to proceed, email us acceptance of the quote and raise an Agresso order
• on receipt of an order we will send the artwork to the printer
• within 3 days we will email you a pdf proof for your final approval
• we will contact the printer once you have approved the proof to confirm that they can proceed with production of the item
• the delivery lead time will depend on the type of product but allow 10 working days from approval of the pdf proof and receipt of an Agresso order
• the printer will deliver most jobs to Print. Services
• we will carry out quality checks and arrange for your building porter to deliver the job to you
• payment will be processed through Agresso

Environmental Impact

When ordering promotional items it is important to consider their environmental impact, we will suggest sustainable options including UK manufacture and will avoid single use items when providing prices.

When ordering promotional items for your event or department, consider the following:

• Request items made from recycled materials or are recyclable
• Are they really needed
• Are they functional
• Are they purposeful
• Are they reusable
• Can they be produced in the UK
