About this course
With the Staff Development and Performance Review (SDPR) season fast approaching, this workshop will present best practice and provide opportunities to rehearse practical techniques.
This workshop is in addition, not instead of, the ‘SDPR for Support Staff: Conducting an effective review’ course. If this is the first time you have carried out SDPR, it is advisable to attend the longer course first.
Learning outcomes
After participating in this event, delegates will be able to:

Help staff set SMART objectives that are meaningful and measureable

Help staff select suitable training/development solutions.

Managers, Supervisors & Team Leaders of professional/support staff who are responsible for conducting SDPRs.
