Key themes
The Vice-Chancellor’s group has identified a number of themes as University-wide strategic priorities:
- Managing change: this will be led by Ian Cheetham, Director of Human Resources
- Communications: this will be led by Tim Kaner, Director of Marketing & Communications.
Ian will also lead work to further investigate the views expressed on the pay and benefits offered by the University. Initially this will involve analysing the comments made in the survey about what improvements could be made.
What happens next?
Your Head of Department has been asked to share your department’s results with you.
This is intended to be an opportunity for you to discuss the results with your colleagues to recognise where things are going well, to explore any areas of concern and to work together on possible solutions.
There will be regular updates on progress on both the University-wide strategic priorities and the ideas and initiatives developed in departments on the Internal Homepage, @UniofBathStaff Twitter, University email updates and elsewhere.
