About this course:

Significant change in the way a team is required to operate can lead to a range of difficult feelings such as anxiety or worry, especially in the period when it is not yet clear what the change will mean for each individual.

Amanda has practical experience of the effects of change management within the University context. She has developed a set of simple yet effective strategies for adapting to changing demands and expectations that will assist team members to meet the challenges.

What you will learn:

  • How people respond individually to change
  • Why change can trigger negative responses
  • Techniques to help manage anxiety and other negative feelings
  • The importance of working as a strong team.
