We have developed this protocol to ensure that student surveys are appropriately scheduled, well-constructed, ethical and that results are effectively fed back to participants.

You will need to follow this protocol and get permission for your survey from us, if:
- you are asking more than 250 students for information
- the students you want to survey are from more than one Department or Faculty/School.
