Role

As PA to the Director of Research and Innovation Services (RIS), Kay is responsible for:

• responding to routine enquiries
• managing the Director's diary
• arranging meetings
• drafting routine correspondence

Kay also supports RIS with:

• filing and file referencing
• answering and dealing with queries
• receiving visitors
• taking notes and actions of meetings
