Research Project Management Service

We offer professional project management support to academic staff, giving you more time to carry out your research.

We are responsible for:

  • managing research projects and programmes using PRINCE2 and other methodologies
  • working with academics to oversee projects
  • supporting your human resources needs, such as recruiting project staff
  • coordinating project meetings
  • managing project communications
  • administration and finances including budgets and forecasts
