Council Senate Students’ Union Committee (CSSU) was formally disbanded on 12 May 2022 (see Senate minute 15117 and Council minute 7433). This decision was taken on the basis that mechanisms to enable the student voice to be heard are now embedded throughout the University’s governance structure; and the formation of the Student Experience Board now provides a forum in which operational matters can be addressed between the University Executive and the Students’ Union.
