Computer Rooms, University Hall & Foyer Bookings

These bookings are only bookable directly though the Central Timetabling Office (CTO):

 

East Building These are primarily circulation spaces but can, in certain circumstances, be used for serving refreshments or for displays of information.
  • Max. capacity of 50
  • Will not be available to book if teaching is booked into adjacent rooms.
  • There are strict rules on where tables and poster boards can be displayed in each space: Foyer Level 0, Foyer Level 1.
Chancellors Building There are two spaces in the Chancellors Building: Level 1 and Level 2 foyers.
Uni Hall Foyer

Only to be booked in conjunction with a booking of Uni Hall.

1W Foyer

Only to be booked after teaching hours - Monday - Friday after 19:15, Wednesdays after 13:15.

2E Foyer

Will not be available to book if teaching is booked into adjacent rooms.

3E Foyer

Will not be available to book if teaching is booked into adjacent rooms.

3WN Foyer

Can be booked through CTO. Any damage to artwork needs to be reported to ICIA.

Nothing to be affixed to the walls or artwork.

Will not be available to book if teaching is booked into adjacent rooms.

5W Foyer Will need to see permission from Pharmacy & Pharmacology Department before requesting with CTO.
