The Be Well Steering Group are proud to share two exciting updates that mark a new chapter in our Be Well journey:

The first Be Well at Bath Annual Report (2024–25)

This report reflects the collective efforts of our students, staff, and leadership to embed wellbeing into every aspect of university life - from learning and working, to living and leading. It celebrates progress since achieving the University Mental Health Charter Award in October 2024 and sets out our ambitions as we work towards achieving the Award with Merit in 2029.

The launch of our new Be Well video series

During 2026, we’ll release five videos that bring the Be Well principles - Leadership, Live, Support, Work, and Learn - to life.

The first video, now live, focuses on Leadership and features:

  • Cassie Wilson, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Student Experience & Sport) and Executive sponsor for Be Well

  • Marcus Munafò, Deputy Vice-Chancellor & Provost

  • Izzy Downer, SU Community Officer

Together, they explore how leadership underpins a thriving, supportive environment for students and staff, and the importance of listening to our community to shape future work.

Be Well at Bath is about more than wellbeing - it’s about creating an environment where everyone can succeed and feel part of a supportive community. Your voice matters, so watch, share, and tell us what you think.
