Introducing our new e-learning module: Wellbeing at work

At the University, we have lots of resources available to support your mental health and wellbeing. Our new bitesize e-learning, introduced by Vice-Chancellor Professor Phil Taylor, will take you through our University approach to wellbeing, and the tools and help you can access as a member of staff.

It's simple and easy to navigate, and is a handy tool you can refer back to whenever you need to.

However you are feeling, whatever you are experiencing, there is support you can access to maintain, enhance and improve your wellbeing. We encourage you to take the time to explore what's available to help you prioritise and look after your wellbeing.
