We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity to support and strengthen our community’s commitment to research integrity, open research, and positive research culture here at the University of Bath.
We are currently recruiting for a UK Reproducibility Network (UKRN) Local Network Lead, who will act as the primary coordinator for Bath’s local UKRN network. This role sits at the heart of our efforts to enhance research rigour, reproducibility, and transparency, and to connect grassroots initiatives with institutional strategy.
The Local Network Lead will work closely with Dr Katherine Button in their role as UKRN Institutional Lead, as well as with the Open Research Steering Group and the Bath Open Research Group, to help champion open research practices and support culture change across the University.
We welcome applications from early career researchers, professional services staff, academic staff, and PhD students. For academic staff, the role is workloaded at 80 hours per year. The post runs from February 2026 to January 2029.
You can find full details and apply here.
If you would like an informal conversation about the role, please feel free to get in touch with Dr Katherine Button at kb658@bath.ac.uk.
Please do circulate this opportunity widely within your networks or to anyone who might be interested.
