This is a busy time of year, so its more important than ever to take care of yourself.

This countdown calendar has been put together by the Culture and Inclusion team with input from the Staff Wellbeing Manager, to help you keep your self-care on track for the end of 2023.

  • 4 December - Try a one-minute meditation.
  • 5 December – Do five minutes of exercise.
  • 6 December – Donate to a charity that moves your heart.
  • 7 December – Hanukkah begins today, do some research into Jewish holiday traditions.
  • 8 December – Do something that makes you happy. Pick up a hobby or watch a film!
  • 9 December – Try a new recipe for a special dinner.
  • 10 December – Try a new walk with a loved one, and have a meaningful conversation.
