Terms and conditions

• We are only able to accept current staff and students of the University of Bath. Spouses and other family members will not be accepted.
• We are only able to offer appointments on a Wednesday.
• You will not become a patient until you have attended an examination.
• Standard NHS charges apply unless you are exempt.
• If you fail to attend your initial appointment, we will not reschedule it. So please leave plenty of time to get here.
