Our marketing, communications & external affairs functions have an important role, working in partnership with others, to deliver our strategic goals. From attracting even more of the best students and staff from around the world and promoting research impact, excellence and engagement, to building our reputation with key stakeholders at local, national and international levels, our ability to reach audiences and articulate Bath at its best is key.
We are taking the opportunity to review what we currently do well, and how we might build further from our strong foundations, making the most of our collective skills and investments to achieve our ambitions for the future.
The review will begin with a discovery and engagement phase over the coming weeks, with opportunities for staff to feed in their thoughts. Led by Corinne Evans, Director of Communications, and supported by an Advisory Board, the review’s primary aim is building for the future from our existing strengths.
One input to the review will be the recent UniForum benchmarking, but we are also keen to engage with colleagues to hear their ideas and perspectives about how to enhance our clarity, effectiveness, efficiency, inclusiveness and sustainability.
We have already begun to reach out to those involved in relevant activities and will be mindful of other reviews or related activities already under way. More communications will follow soon, but if you have questions, please use this form to submit them to the project team.
