First SAMBa conference showcases research across statistical applied mathematics continuum

There were also 13 posters presented, which along with the talks highlighted the fantastic range of high quality research taking place in SAMBa.

The conference was sponsored by AstraZeneca, BT, GKN, and Schlumberger, and was attended by representatives from many external partners and students from universities around the UK.

The conference was organised by students Ben Robinson and Adwaye Rambojun, from the second cohort of SAMBa.
