Our Wellbeing Champions are piloting a new, project-based approach as part of their role. Each project will run as a focused eight-week initiative, designed to help people thrive and perform at their best.
Colleagues from across the University will have the opportunity to contribute to these projects.
Our first project focuses on enhancing our current local benefits and discounts offering. We're reviewing our partnerships with local organisations to strengthen benefits and make a real impact on staff wellbeing. We would love to hear about the local benefits you're currently using and what benefits are important to you.
With the current UK economy, discounts and benefits matter more than ever. Our aim is to boost our benefits offering, support the University’s ambitious plans, and reflect our growing presence in the city.
Through this project, we will:
- identify gaps in our current benefits that align to wellbeing (financial, physical, emotional, mental)
- identify areas for improvement
- create a proposal for our HR benefits team to consider
If you can, please spare two to three minutes to share your feedback by completing our short survey by Tuesday 23 December.
