How to access IT Support on campus
If you are returning to campus and need IT or AV support, our Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Group is ready to help.
Face-to-face and on-site presence must still be kept to a minimum under COVID precautions and so the Service Desk, AV desk and ITP shop remain closed until further notice.
IT and AV Supporter teams are available to assist staff and students either remotely or via pre-arranged collection of equipment. The Assistive Technology team will also continue to offer virtual appointments where possible.
Please request support through the Self-Service Portal
If you need to use a general teaching room, please log a support ticket with AV to ensure the equipment in the room is in a working state.
DDaT are assembling a small, cross-discipline team of IT Supporters to handle tasks on campus that need a physical presence, so you may see new faces providing assistance in the coming weeks.
