Periodically, your office PC needs to update itself in order to make sure all the latest software and security updates have been installed. At the end of August the latest updates will need to be installed.
What you need to do:
Installing the updates will take some time and will mean you are unable to work on your office PC until the updates have completed. In order to minimise disruption, you can install the updates at a time convenient for you.
If you are able to log in to your office PC remotely, you can find these updates in the Software Center and you can install them yourself. Read our guide to accessing the Software Center.
If you are unable to log in to your office PC remotely, then please log a ticket and our IT Supporters will be able assist you in doing this.
