Manager wellbeing resources
For those who lead others, the Manager Hub offers practical guidance on how to embed wellbeing at every stage of the employee journey. It’s designed to support you in setting both yourself ‒ and your team ‒ up for success, helping you lead with confidence, care and impact.
New and updated wellbeing e-learning
We’ve also refreshed our wellbeing e learning to reflect our focus on Brilliant Basics. Each updated module takes around 20 minutes to complete and is designed to help you take responsibility for your wellbeing, build helpful habits, and make informed choices about how you work.
Wellbeing at Work: Brilliant Basics (staff version)
This module helps you reflect on what enables you to thrive at work and beyond. By completing it, you will:
- explore what being at your best means for you
- reflect on your own wellbeing
- learn where to find simple tools and support

Wellbeing at Work for Managers: Brilliant Basics
Designed for anyone who manages or supervises others, this module provides practical resources to support both your own wellbeing and that of your team. By completing it, you will:
- understand why wellbeing-aware management benefits everyone
- reflect on your own wellbeing and leadership behaviours
- explore how your actions impact others
- learn where to find the simple tools you need to support your team’s wellbeing
