How we are doing
Thank you to everyone who has so far taken the time to complete the survey and provide feedback on your experience at the University. We have seen a good uptake of 38%, with particularly high levels of engagement from colleagues within the MSA job family. Help us to increase our response rates by encouraging your colleagues to contribute.

Why take part
Richard Brooks, Director of HR, says:
Yes, I know, another survey. But this is the big one, our new annual staff survey and we are really keen to start it well and get as many views as possible. If we get over a 50% response rate (we're currently at 38%), it gives us a good basis on which to take action, so please, complete the survey and encourage your colleagues to do likewise. Thanks
Your feedback is vital in helping us to understand where we’re doing well in supporting employees, and where improvements are needed in engagement and experience. Once the survey closes, we will analyse the results and track how we’re performing across different areas of the University, so we can take more targeted and informed action.
Everyone who fills out the survey will have the chance to win a £50 gift card. People Insight will randomly select one winner per job family on the University’s behalf.

The survey is open until Tuesday 25th November and we want to hear from all of you so please do look for the survey invite from survey-invite@peopleinsight.co.uk in your inbox and take 10 minutes to have your say. The survey link is individual to you, so please don't share it with anyone. Your feedback will help us to know where we can improve and make positive changes to your experience.
