Many of you may already know that Professor Peter Postl will be leaving the University to take up a new role at UCL. Peter was Deputy Head of the Department of Economics from 2014 till 2016, and then Head of Department from 2017. We would like to thank him for his many contributions and wish him well in his new post.
From 1 October 2022, Professor Eleonora Fichera, the current Deputy, will take over as Head of Department for one year while we consult on longer-term arrangements. Eleonora is a fantastic appointment and brings a wealth of experience that will really support and lead the department. We wish her well in her new post.
