Wellbeing Walk

The Library, 12.30pm to 1.30pm (approximate finish) Setting off from the Library at 12.30pm, this is a chance to enjoy the beautiful views of the Bath skyline and meet colleagues from across the University.

Feel-good comedy aerobics designed to help you reclaim your mojo. Laugh yourself stronger, fitter, more confident and less anxious in this fun fitness class.

Find your Wow

4 West, 1.2, 11.00am to to 12.00pm
Award-winning journalist and author Lucy Stone explores how finding small moments of 'wow' each day is the secret to a happier, healthier, more playful, and connected life. Learn how rediscovering a childlike version of yourself, full of awe and curiosity can bring benefits for your creativity, mindset, relationships and wellbeing.

Personalised health & nutrition consultation

2 South, 0.15, sessions will run between 9.00am to 5.10pm
Take half an hour to boost your health and wellbeing with a personalised mini-consultation with Registered Nutritionist Laura Higgitt.

During the session, you'll review your diet and focus on your health goals, whether it’s energy, weight management, gut health, menopause or something else. You’ll receive clear, practical, evidence-based steps and a plan to help you start making simple, effective changes. You'll be asked to complete a short confidential questionnaire beforehand.
