Resurfacing works will take place at the Avenue from Monday 4 July and they are expected to take up to five days to complete, depending on the weather.
Work will be carried out under road closures between 7am and 7pm. Any cars parked within the closure may be removed so as not to delay this work.
The road will be opened to traffic at the end of each day's work.
Diversion routes will be in place for local traffic and advance notices positioned along the route to warn drivers of the road closure.
