Whether you enjoy walking, running, cycling, or swimming, committing to just one mile a day can be a powerful step toward a healthier, happier lifestyle.
This isn’t just about exercise - it’s about building consistency, discipline, and habits that support your overall wellbeing. All you need to do is complete a mile a day between 10 November to the 5 December.
It's simple to take part, just register via Daily Mile Challenge and download Strava and join the University of Bath Daily Mile.
