The University is saddened to announce the death of Lucy Reynolds, a second year BSc Computer Science student.
Dr Fabio Nemetz, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science, said: “Lucy always showed a deep commitment to high standards and doing her best. Her passion for music and guitar playing was obvious and enriched her work and interactions with others.
“Members of the department will remember Lucy as extremely well-motivated, intelligent and personable – someone who was a pleasure to work with. She will be greatly missed by both staff and fellow students at the University.”
