Our Staff Wellbeing Champions

Wellbeing Champions are volunteers from across the University who play a key role in promoting and supporting a healthy culture at the University of Bath by raising awareness around health and wellbeing activities and signposting to resources and support services.

The Wellbeing Champions Network was launched in 2019 and is a valued part of our commitment to promote wellbeing at work, and we now want to grow this volunteer network to expand on all this good work.

If you become a Wellbeing Champion you will be a part of a network of friendly colleagues, and have the support of our Staff Health & Wellbeing Manager, Heather. Full training is provided.

If you are interested in being a Wellbeing Champion you can read more about the role here: Wellbeing Champions Booklet and contact employeewellbeing@bath.ac.uk if you would like to apply for this position.
