Freshers' Week is the perfect chance to get to know your new housemates, get settled in and find out how to make the most of university life.

This year, the SU is planning a Freshers’ Week with a huge range of events. There will be opportunities to interact with 160+ student groups, meet new people, and dance the night away in the Freshers’ Week Arena.

You can get involved in Freshers’ Week whether you’re an undergraduate or postgraduate student. There are even some dedicated Postgraduate only events.

Some of our events include:

• three huge club nights in our Freshers’ Week arena, with different themes, some big acts and a variety of entertainment. As well as late night events in the Plug & Tub, The SU bar and nightclub.
• a whole host of ‘Give it a go’ sessions provided by our amazing student groups to give you a taster of what they can offer.
• live music, films, theatre, yoga, inflatables, vintage fair, city tours and so much more.
• not forgetting the Freshers’ Fair, a chance to grab as many freebies as you can and interact with local and national companies which include Domino’s of course.
