Have your say
Students are invited to provide feedback on their course. Share your opinions by midnight on Tuesday 30 April and help us to shape the future of our University.
Give us your opinions and enter a prize draw
The University and The SU Bath welcome feedback, opinions and comments from our student community.
By giving us your opinions, you could win a prize. All students who complete their survey by midnight on the close date will automatically be entered into a prize draw. Prizes vary depending on the individual survey and include for example, £250 in cash, champagne afternoon tea at the Pump Room and a twilight package at Thermae Bath Spa. Find out more about prizes, terms and conditions.
Each year we ask all our students to complete these surveys to find out about your experience of studying at Bath. This is your opportunity to provide feedback about what you like and what you think we could improve. Your feedback helps us to continually develop and enhance our learning and teaching, our student services, and our campus facilities.
Please choose the appropriate student feedback survey from the list below. Your responses will remain strictly anonymous. You will need your username and student number (9 digit code on your library card) to login and complete the survey.

Final year undergraduate feedback
If you are in your final year of undergraduate study, please complete the National Student Survey (NSS). This survey gives you the opportunity to voice your experience of your course at Bath - both what you liked and what you think could be improved. Your feedback will be used to help shape the future for your fellow students. You can check out the NSS questions before you complete the survey.
NSS gathers feedback from mainly final-year undergraduates across the UK, asking them to provide honest feedback on what it has been like to study on their course at their institution. It is an influential, widely recognised and authoritative survey that gives students a powerful collective voice.
Postgraduate taught student feedback
If you are studying a taught postgraduate course, you will be asked to complete a short sample survey of students conducted by the Office for Students (OfS). The pilot OfS PGT Survey will run from April to June 2019. We await further details of this survey from OfS, which will be added here once known.
Doctoral student feedback
If you are a doctoral student, please complete the Postgraduate Research Experience Survey (PRES).
This survey gives you the opportunity to provide feedback about your experience of studying at a postgraduate research level here at Bath, including your opinions about supervision, research culture, research skills and professional development.
Professional doctorate students
If you are a professional doctorate student, please complete the Professional Doctorate Experience Survey (PDES).
This survey gives you the opportunity to provide feedback about your experience of studying as a professional doctorate student at Bath, including your opinions about your taught units, supervision, residentials, progression and the research culture of the University.
Non-final Year undergraduates
Take part in this short international study administered by THE of the university experience for students across Europe.
The THE European Student Survey gives you the opportunity to provide feedback about your experience of studying as a undergraduate student at Bath, including your opinions about the quality of your teaching, learning materials and environment, careers, and work placement opportunities at the University.
Many thanks on behalf of the University and The SU Bath for taking the time to provide feedback about your programme and your experience as a student at Bath.
