As graduates of the University of Bath, you are special to us, so we've created an award to help support you to continue studying here and develop your career. Our postgraduate progression award is a token of our appreciation for your choice to stay part of our community.

Receive 20% off your fees

If you're a recent Bath graduate and are considering further study with us in the 2021/22 academic year, you may be eligible for 20% off your postgraduate tuition fees.

There are many reasons to continue your studies with a master’s or PhD programme at the University of Bath. Whether you want to further your subject expertise or enhance your career prospects, each year we welcome back Bath graduates to continue their educational journey with us.

If you graduated in December 2020 or July 2021 with a full honours undergraduate or postgraduate degree from the University of Bath (e.g. BSc, BA, MEng, MSc, MA, MPhil), you may qualify for 20% off postgraduate tuition fees with us.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this award, you must be self-financing and not receiving any:

  • sponsorship, scholarships or bursaries which cover the full cost of your tuition fees
  • state funding, such as grants, which cover the full cost of your tuition fees

We consider you self-financing if you are paying all or some of your tuition fees yourself (this includes Postgraduate Loans for Master's Study and Professional Career Development Loans). Support from a friend or relative is also classed as self-financing.

If you are receiving partial funding for your fees, you may still qualify. Check if you meet our terms and conditions.

How to apply

If you are eligible, we will automatically discount your fees by 20% when you apply for your course. You do not need to apply directly for this award.
